1. Agreement to these terms

By creating a Foryx account or using the app, the website or the studio display, you agree to these terms. If you use Foryx on behalf of a studio or business, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that organisation.

If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Provide accurate information during onboarding. Training targets, readiness guidance and cycle-aware suggestions are only as useful as the data you give us.

3. Health disclaimer

Foryx provides training guidance, not medical advice. Nothing in the app diagnoses, treats or prevents any condition, and readiness scores, recovery signals and cycle phase guidance are informational only.

Consult a qualified professional before starting a new training programme, particularly if you are pregnant, postpartum, injured or managing a medical condition. Stop training and seek help if you feel unwell.

4. Subscriptions and free plan

Foryx offers a free tier and paid plans for people who train, and separate plans for coaches and studios. Paid plans renew automatically for the billing period you selected until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from Plan & Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep paid features until then. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

5. One-off purchases and coach content

Individual workouts and programmes may be sold by coaches on Foryx. When you buy one, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it inside Foryx — you do not acquire ownership of the content.

Coaches set their own prices and decide whether content is included in a subscription or sold separately. Foryx processes payment, deducts the platform fee disclosed in the coach dashboard and pays out the remainder.

6. Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable for periods already started, except where required by law. If you are in the EU or UK, statutory withdrawal rights apply to digital purchases you have not yet accessed.

If a purchased workout or programme is materially not as described, contact us and we will review it and refund where appropriate.

7. Coach and studio obligations

Coaches warrant that the content they publish is their own or properly licensed, is safe and accurately described, and complies with applicable law and professional standards.

We may remove content, suspend publishing or close accounts that breach these terms, mislead members or create a safety risk.

8. Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell, scrape or redistribute Foryx content or another user's content. Do not attempt to bypass paywalls, reverse engineer the service, or upload unlawful, abusive or infringing material.

Do not use Foryx to harass other members or coaches, or to collect personal data about them outside the app's intended features.

9. Intellectual property

Foryx, its logo, software, design system and generated training logic remain our property. Content you create stays yours; you grant us the licence needed to host, display and deliver it inside the service.

10. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Foryx available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features that depend on native platform capabilities or third-party wearables may change if those providers change.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we are required to do so by law. On termination you can export the data the app makes available before deletion.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect, and continued use afterwards means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
