How it works
A loop, not a logbook
Most apps record what you did. Foryx uses it — every session changes what the system asks of you next.
- Under 2 minutes to your first session
- No spreadsheets, no guesswork
- Works for men and women alike
- Rest days are part of the plan

The loop
Six stages, one continuous system
Each stage hands real data to the next. Nothing is a dead end, and nothing has to be re-entered.
- 1
Plan
You set goals, days per week, session length and equipment. We build a week that fits the life you actually have, adjusting for recovery and — if you opt in — cycle phase.
- 2
Train
The runner takes over the screen: prep countdown, current set, target load, rest timer, next exercise and modifications. Logging is one tap.
- 3
Track
Load, reps, RPE, RIR, duration and notes are captured as structured data — not free text you can never analyse.
- 4
Understand
Strength curves, estimated 1RM, weekly sets per muscle group, training load and recovery trends against your own baseline.
- 5
Adapt
The engine proposes concrete changes: take the progression, hold loads, cut a third of accessory volume, or swap an exercise.
- 6
Improve
Each cycle of the loop makes the next recommendation better informed.
Week one
You answer a few questions, we build the week
Goals, available days, session length and equipment. The plan you get back is specific — named sessions on named days, not a generic template.
- Beginner to advanced structures
- Home, gym or minimal equipment
- Reschedule without losing progression

Week six
The plan has already changed with you
Loads move as you get stronger, volume backs off when recovery drops, and undertrained muscle groups get attention before they become a weak link.
- Readiness-aware volume
- Progressive overload from your own numbers
- Clear, explained adjustments — never silent changes
