About
Built for people who train for decades, not weeks
We think the interesting problem in training software is not recording sets — it is deciding what to do next.
- Your data, exportable and deletable
- Your own baseline, not averages
- Guidance, never diagnosis
- For every body

What we believe
Six principles we build against
Data belongs to the person who made it
Your training, recovery and cycle data is private personal data. You can export it, and you can delete your account.
No population averages where personal data exists
Readiness compares you to your own baseline. Cycle phase is one signal among performance, symptoms, sleep and recovery — never a rule about how you must feel.
Guidance, not diagnosis
We say “your recovery indicators suggest” and “you may benefit from”. We never claim to diagnose anything.
Rest is training behaviour
The product never shames a missed session. Recovery is part of the plan, not a failure state.
Built for every body
One engine, one set of analytics, for men and women, beginners and competitors. Cycle-aware training is optional, never assumed.
Honest engineering
Where a capability needs a native platform — Live Activities, HealthKit, Health Connect, watch apps — we build the abstraction and say so, rather than faking it.
The problem
Logging was solved. Deciding wasn't.
Most apps are archives — beautifully recorded history that never changes what you do tomorrow. We built the decision layer first and made everything feed it.
- Structured data instead of free text
- Recommendations you can act on
- Explanations, not silent changes

Who it's for
Everyone in the room, not one archetype
Beginners who need structure, lifters chasing numbers, hybrid athletes juggling running and strength, and coaches who need all of it in one place.
- Men and women, same engine
- Home, gym or studio
- Individuals, coaches and studios

Train with a system that thinks
Free to start, honest about its limits, and built for the long run.
